Our Policy;

• Dear Customers, we understand that sometimes, things don't work as we planned. So we would like to let you know about our Policy, to make sure we can protect our Customers from any misunderstandings.

• All customers are required to pay a booking fee at the time of booking their appointment.

• Booking fee is non-refundable and is used towards cost of your appointment.

• Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48h before the services. 

• Cancelation its possible only 48h before your booking, otherwise booking fee its not refundable.

• We are asking not to wear anything of value, like jewellery, tops, expensive clothes. We will use double gowns however accident happen and personal items can get damaged. Our salon or Stylists wont be responsible for any damages.

• We cant give a price for any colour, treatment service over the phone, or Instagram. 

• We can let you know exactly the service price during a free consultation before the booking.

• If you are not happy with your hair service, we are asking to contact the salon to discuss the issue and seek a resolution. we deem contact its to be made with 7 days of the service.

• We take the responsibility to provide a free redo. we offer a 7 days warranty to rectify the matter

• If you choose not to return to the salon and/or seek to go elsewhere the warranty is voided and the salon is relieved of all liability.

• We don't do any refund.

• We might use the picture of your hair in our social media, If you wish us to don't use your picture for our social media, please let us know in the formula provided before your service.
